We use silicon hydrogel based CLs for maximized physiological acceptance and maximized long term corneal health- ranging from dailies thru to monthlies, spherical & aspheric, toric and multifocal – mono vision; Gas Perm: aspheric, toric, back toric, bi toric, multifocal and Keratoconic gas perm. These all have different fees relevant to chair time and materials. We spend as much time as needed to instruct new pt Cl fits in insertion and removal to minimize post-dispensing problems. Tolerance to solutions, achievement of wearing time and suitability with indoor computer use are all very important and often problematic variables.
